BASS FISHING GUIDES ORLANDO - PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
Reservations / Security Deposits
Some tours may require a $150.00 per boat fully refundable security deposit. This deposit can be transferred to another date as long as the charter is re-scheduled as least twenty (20) calendar days prior to the current date booked. Re-scheduling will be available for open dates only. Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the prearranged meeting locations. Arriving one (1) hour or more late will forfeit your deposit and your charter. Please call if you are delayed. We will do everything possible to accommodate our clients needs.
100% of your security deposit will be refunded in a timely manner if your guide must cancel due to illness or emergency or adverse, unsafe weather conditions.
Dates requested will be reserved upon receipt of your $150.00 security deposit, if requested. Sending a personal check, money order or travelers check will secure your reservation. Major credit cards are also accepted. Please call or e-mail if you or your party has any reservation questions. Please see "Contact" page for address.
If a deposit is necessary please include a contact phone number, e-mail and physical address. I will personally confirm your reserved date by phone and/or e-mail upon payment verification.

Payment is expected at the conclusion of your charter (gratuity is not included). Cash USD currency is preferred, small denominations are best unless other financial payment arrangements have been agreed upon prior to the start of your charter.
Your charter will take place in some of Florida’s most remote and beautiful locations. With that comes the difficulty of personal check and credit card verification. Even cell phone service can be limited or none at all. Only small general stores, fish camps or marinas make up these locations and many still do not accept credit/debit cards, personal checks or bills over $50.
Please allow sufficient extra cash for live bait, fishing licenses and minor expenses if needed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Payment reminder
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal and travelers checks are accepted. Please explain your payment requirements to your Captain prior to your charter so financial accommodations can be made. There may be any additional charge for fee for non-cash transactions. Discounts are available, see "Discounts" page for details.
All financial transactions must finalized at the end of each days charter.
